the Remedy Corporation. For most of your needs, Remedy Technical Support
is an excellent resource. There are, however, occasions when you would
like just a little bit more. Based on input from our customers, we have
put together a support team that can provide you with exactly what you
are looking for. We offer:
Senior Level Engineers:
First and foremost, all our customers given access to a senior
level consultant - an engineer who has worked in the field and understands
firsthand the problems that can occur in real world situations. We also
offer the benefit of having our engineer come to your office to troubleshoot
your problems - with as little as 24 hours notice.
Vendor Management:
We will manage the relationship between Remedy Support and other technical
support providers so that you have a single point of contact who is
responsible for resolving your problems.
Technical Advice:
The best way to resolve a problem is to prevent it from happening in
the first place. We will act as a sounding board for your projects and
offer expert advice so that your project can be successful before it
even gets started.
Documentation:
We have found that many of our customers' systems are under-documented
(or not documented at all!). Our engineers can analyze and document
your system so that you are better prepared to expand and maintain it.

Our support packages are tailored to fit each customer's needs and are
