Short Term Projects
We consider a short term project to be anywhere from 1 day to 3 months.
Our short term projects are focused on meeting a particular client need
as quickly as possible. Typical projects are listed below:
Product Evaluation
You have the need for a CRM, Help Desk, or Asset Management package
and are not sure which vendor will be able to best meet your needs.
We will evaluate your company's practices, and help sort out the different
deciding factors such as Time to Market, Talent Availability, Cost of
Ownership, Expandability, Scalability, and how closely each application
maps to your current and desired business practices. The supporting
documentation of these endeavors is invaluable as evidence that you
made the best decision on your investment, and allows you to set reasonable
expectations when the implementation cycle begins.
Training
We will develop a training class based on your custom software applications
targeted at a specific audience (i.e. End Users, Managers, Administrators,
etc.). You can use our training materials to present the class yourself,
or have one of our consultants train your end users for you.
Systems Enhancements
You have an existing implementation that is in need of additional functionality.
We will add the functionality that you require, make the necessary changes
to your documentation and training materials, and evaluate your system
for potential problems down the road.
Integration
You are adding an integration point to your system, and require somebody
with in-depth knowledge of Remedy's inner workings to make the project
successful. We will act as a knowledge base and develop (or help develop)
the integration point.
Documentation
Many of our customers' Remedy implementations are under-documented.
This causes problems during times of employee turnover and when you
need to track down bugs. We will bring your documentation up to speed
for you.
